This vintage Matina Desk Franchise was produced in 1969 by Brown & Bigelow and 3M. The set consist of six different items along with the original 1969 product release letter, pricing sheets and advertisement. The set contains a pen set with a 3 ¾ inch x 12 inch stand, a 7 inch diameter ashtray, a 6 inch x 8 inch note holder, a 6 inch x 8 inch Telematic telephone index, a 5 inch diameter German made thermometer, an a 2 ½ inch x 13 ¾ inch desk rule (12 inch ruler).The Matina material is listed as an exclusively designed 3M material for Brown & Bigelow desk top items that took two years for 3M to develop. The set has been sitting on a shelf for over 40 years and has never been used. The box has wear, but the Matina Desk Franchise itself is in brand new, never used, mint condition.
