Description: For sale is this very rare and unusual folk art horse. I have shown it to my friends in the antique business and no one has ever seen one like it before. It is made of wood with caning. There is real horsehair attached to create the mane and tail. Beads have been sewn on and – as you can see – it is quite old and missing a few of these beads. In the original paint, which is still bright and in a wonderful design. The blue rope you see was used for hanging. This looks wonderful suspended from the ceiling or secured to a wall.
