Description:

From the reign of the Russian Emperor Nicholas I (1825- 55), this elegant glass is of tapering panelled design, its rim decorated with gilded floral swags below a gilded border. The goblet sits on a baluster stem with spreading base.

By the Imperial Glass Factory, St. Petersburg, circa 1840
