Description: Very rare form mahogany flat top partners desk. This desk is lower than most and obviously made for a specific purpose. It is of superb quality with fluting on the skirt, ornate carvings, exceptional cast brass hardware and shaped reeded legs. It has a small drawer on the one side and a central larger drawer that can be used by both partners since it goes through to both sides. There is also a cupboard with a carved door on both sides of the desk. We had a fabric put down on the writing surface. This desk was never cut down and never had castors. A unique and special piece!
