Description: A must for the discerning collector, this Mr. Punch Vesta is also a go-to-bed. The match would have been struck on the base then placed in the cup Mr. Punch is holding, this would create enough light to get up the stairs (to bed) where a candle would have been lit.

A rare find indeed, this one looks as if it once had a silver plate over the brass, years of use has created a wonderful untouched antique two-tone patina.

Superb condition measuring 2 1/4" high.
