Description: One very large rail road, house, equipment jack 15 ton? or more?. I do not know just what this jack was used for or what its lift capacity is, the jack handle looks like it would be wood handle like a peavey or a cant hook, cant dog handle. It is a No 6, Patd. Oct. 29 1889, It was made by the Joyce Cridl and Co. in Dayton Ohio. The base is 1/2" thick or thicker and has a small dent in it. Looking at the upright front (third picture) it is 4&3/4" wide and 3&3/4" deep, if it is jacked up including the bottom lift foot and the jack handle if straight out it depth would be 19", the base is 10&1/2" diameter, it is 26&1/2" tall and will extend out to 40&1/2" tall, the bottom lift foot is 2&1/2" off of the ground, where the wood handle enters it is a 3" diameter opening and tapers down to about 1&7/8" diameter, looking from the front (fourth picture) where it will except some type of add on at top right it has a 1&1/8" long split in the metal (see arrow pointing to the split), you can also see it in the first picture, it works very smooth, a little grease would probably make it work even smoother. Questions welcomed. Shipping will be actual cost by FedEx home delivery ground. Packing and handling is on us (FREE). Thanks for visiting our store. C.D.B.
