Description: This listing consists of two 16" by 20" original landscape paintings on canvas. The barn painting covered the barn painting with the road in the foreground painting. A tight fitting wood frame holds both paintings together. The barn with a road painting has a wood stretcher frame. The name "L.D. Hagan, NY" is written on the wood stretcher frame. There is a listed artist name, Leslie Darrell Ragan(1897-1972)who studied at the Art Institute of Chicago and lived in California/Oregon. Is this the same artist? No guarantee. Exact age is unknown; probably 1940's era. Good condition on both paintings and some scuffing on painted frame.
