Description: This English level is still in good, working condition. These photos make the mahogany look lighter in color than it is, but it is natural, without any darkening stain, except on one side around the two holes where there is some remaining black stain. The brass ends and plates are in good condition and clearly legible is the "J. Rabone & Sons Birmingham Made in England". The glass bubbles are still intact, so it is functional as well as beautiful.
