Description: Queen Caroline celluloid Matchsafe by Whitehead & Hoag Co. Newark N.J. Front reads:"QUEEN CAROLINE, CLEAR HABANA SEGARS". Back reads:"QUEEN CAROLINE HIGHEST GRADE CLEAR HABANA SEGARS MADE IN 20 SIZES FROM 5 TO 50c,SPECTOR BROS. SOLE MAKERS, CHICAGO". The sides read:"ONCE TRIED, ALWAYS SMOKED". There is some minor marring on the front (as shown) & minor corrosion to the metal at the braid edges. The lid snaps shut snuggly.
