For sale, a 1920s Dancing Dutchmen wood pyrography picture plaque measuring 11 7/8 inches wide and 5 7/8 inches long. This original artwork features four Dutch men in wooden shoes, pantaloons, double breasted jackets and high, almost turban-like caps joining hands and clogging. The back has the date of 1923 incised into the wood, as well as the name "Blanche" and some other numbers, a crude wood-burned image of a woman's face in profile, the name "Etta" and some other unreadable words. There is also an old eye hook on one side and a hole on the other side of the back. This could be framed or used as a top for a pyrography box. A great example of old pyrography art. Buy it now!
