Description: This is a mid century, retro black peau De Soie handbag or purse with a gold tone 3 dimensional flower clasp with a round faceted rhinestone set in it and a goldtone chain convertible to inside or outside made in the USA in the 1950s. The purse measures 10 inches long by 6.5 inches wide and has a black satin lining which has no tears. The purse itself is in very good ++ condition with some minor scuffing on the fabric covered frame, a bit of discoloration on the chain and a bit of gold plate wear on the flower clasp. The clasp and closure mechanism are strong and have a nice solid Snap sound. A neat vintage accessory.
