Description: I called this a Flapper purse because this style was popular in the 1920's. This mesh bag has one small opening at the bottom (about one mesh ring wide), but it could be easily mended.The purse is easy to open. The handle is not intact, but it can be attached. The decoration at the top is very nice, dainty. Inside, below the catch is marked "German silver." If you are a collector or a dealer who mends things, this is a good buy.
