Description: Portieux produced this pressed white opalescent glass dresser jar in France, either late 19th century or early 20th century. The bowl and lid feature an intricately detailed cabbage shape with sharply defined edges and a luminescent glow from inside the opalescence that is quite stunning. Measures 6 3/4 inches across x 3 1/2 inches tall with both bowl and lid in excellent condition, no dings, cracks or chips
