Description: C & A Richards of Boston is known for their beautiful frames. In this little poem picture the floral & ribbon design is lovely. The poem is by Emma E. Koehler titled "Pal O My Heart". The label on the back includes the date "1930". The frame is 4" by 6" and the picture inside is 3 1/4" by 5 1/4". The black back also has a mark "made in Germany". Probably Richards actually had these frames made & sent from Germany. Condition is very good.
