HE IS DRESSES IN A WHITE RUFFED SHIRT, BROWN PANTS, BLACK BOOTS AND HAS A BROWN PEG LEG. HE HAS ON A YELLOW AND BLACK COAT. THE PARROT IS GREEN AND YELLOW. AND HE IS SITTING ON A BROWN AND GREEN STAND THAT IS THE HANDLE OF THE TEAPOT. IN THE OTHER HAND IS A GREENISH BLUE JUG WHICH IS THE SPOUT OF THE TEAPOT.
