Description: The picture does not do this pie safe justice. This early American piece is both simple and extravagant. The designs on the panels are very intricate. This piece has the original drawer and nicely tapered legs. It is 59" tall with an additional 4 3/16" back-splash. The back-splash is a later addition, probably early 20th century. The saw tooth design is an early embellishment. This pie safe would make a lovely addition to a country style kitchen!
