Description: For sale is a hand painted, artist signed Pickard Limoges plate. (2 plates, one price; one is Pickard, one is unmarked). The smaller one shown is the Pickard Limoges plate, (the one shown in the 2nd pic), signed on front: H.G., and on back in green: Limoges France, and in circle, Handpainted China, W Pickard A. The two marks indicate that this is a French limoges porcelain plate that was hand decorated by the Pickard Decorating Studio in the US before Pickard started manufacturing its own porcelain. This plate features pink roses, sailboat, sunset, lake and heavy gold edge. It is 6 x 6 inches; no chips or cracks. Next is a bit larger unsigned plate featuring poppies and thick, gold trim.
