Description: Philadelphia Land Deed dated April, 27, 1810 for land in the City of Philadelphia situated on the south side of Pine Street between Delaware Seventh and Eight Streets. This document shows some signs of wear and has been seperated in the center where it was folded. This historic document has the signtures and seals of 12 men ( Issac Weldin, Fred Beabes, Benjamin Collins and Company, James Litch, Nathaniel Pope, John Britton, John Bradley, John C. Evans, John Fox, Jon Evans, Kerser Gorgas, and others) and is over 190 years old. This will look terrific framed.
