Description: It is a simple portrait,and yet it contains so many elements that lead us to passionately persue this mirrors of our past.The pose and lighting are flawless and the focus is incredibly laser sharp.I would assume those that met this lady in her day saw her quite unassuming and a plain Jane. Though, the Daguerreotypist on that day over 150 years ago took the plain out of Jane for infinity. This 1/6th plate Daguerreotype is housed in a complete leatherette case.
