Description: Early Vintage 18K rose Gold Patek Philippe Wristwatch with Rose dial as stated on the "Extract from the archives" Reference 584 , manufactured in 1945. 34mm 18K rose gold snap back case with short rounded lugs, Rose dial was professionally restored years ago and has applied rose gold markers , sub seconds at 6 o'clock, and printing of Bauer & Cia to denote the retailer it was made for. 12-120 manual wind movement is in excellent condition and keeps excellent time.
