Description: This is the sugar in the Moderntone Platonite line made by the Hazel Atlas Glass Company from 1940 through the early 1950's. It is in very good condition with no chips, cracks or repairs and it has good pastel green color. There are two tiny nicks in the fired-on color only on the rim, This sugar is 3 1/16" high, 3 11/16" in diameter at the top, 4 7/8" across including the handles and 2 3/8" in diameter at the foot.
