Description: Large bronze finial from France early 19th century is mounted on a round wooden black base,some of the aged red undercoating showing through in two small areas. Floral wreath tops an acanthus spray. Makes a wonderful paperweight,decorative accent of focal point for a piece of furniture. Excellent condition. Measures 6.5H X 3.25L X 3.25D.
