Description: This is a very detailed pamphlet with many drawings and photographs illustrating the correct method of loading and staying both carload and less than carload shipments of explosives and other dangerous articles to conform with regulations of the Interstate Commerce Commission for the transportatin of explosives and other dangerous articles. It was published by the Bureau of Explosives. It is the revised edition No. 6 - November 1, 1941. The cover shows very light soil and use.The title page has several small foxed spots and prior owner's name and title on the top of the page in pencil. A nice item from WW II era.
