Description: A vintage pair of spectacles with gold frames (brass or gilded metal?) with “U.S.A.” stamped under the bridge. The ear pieces are a long thin curly bendy type of wire.The specs come in their original case, complete with optician’s cleaning cloth-albeit a little age mottled! The cloth is stamped “T.G.H.Grant. Optician. Marton” - which is a small country town here in the North Island of New Zealand. Specs are 4.3/4 inches (12cm) wide. the lenses are 1.9/16 inch wide (4cm) and 1.3/16 inch high (3cm) each. In good original condition.
