Description: This is a gorgeous pair of occasional tables, made in walnut with marquetry inlay detailing and ormolu mounts. These tables are the work of a master craftsman. There is no mistaking their unique quality and design, which is certain to make them a treasured item in your reception room. Made from a rich red wood and dripping in lavish ormolu mounts, these tables are the epitome of refinement. Each table is supported by a single hexagonal leg on a six pointed star-like base. The table tops are circular with carved lip to keep items on the top safe. At each point is an animal claw motif foot in ormolu. Ormolu mounts feature heavily around the table rims also in classical style designs.
