Description: Antique Turquoise Earrings Circa. 1870 - 1880 European. Vermeil (gold over sterling silver) wires and backs. Silver front. Natural round turquoise cabochons, prong-set in sterling silver. Turquoise cabochons tested with refractive index liquid. Totally original. The diameter of the earring is 5/8 inch. The earring is 1 inch long with wire. 6.0 gr. 3.9 dwt. In excellent original condition. A rare and wonderful pair, indeed!
