Description: Unusual quartered oak game table signed "Paine Furniture Company, Boston." The top on this table swings from being a flat top table into a top with a felt (old original) gaming surface with slots for chips and hinged money boxes around the perimeter. There are fancy brass caps on the top of the legs opposite the brass flip hardware. The legs end in carved claw feet. I suspect that this table has not been used too much over the last 100 years - it has certainly not been abused.
