AN ORIGINAL PAINTING OF A TROPICAL ISLAND GARDEN AND BEACHSCAPE A massive original acrylic painting of a tropical island garden and seascape. The image is filled with coconut palms and flowering trees. As the viewer stands on a hillside and gazes towards the ocean, the eye moves along a stone slab pathway leading down to a beach and the ocean. On either side of the pathway are flower groupings of several colors. The sky is a Caribbean candy-colored fantasy of tropical hues, from sunset oranges and pinks to blues and violets. This is a very large painting, with dimensions of 55.5" wide by 43.5" high. It is in excellent condition, with a highly decorated gilt wood frame containing a central crackled white lacquer finish. Signed by the artist, 'Croft' at the lower right, it appears to have been painted circa the 1990's. This painting would give a stunning tropical island feeling to a Florida room or porch area. Please note that due to its large size, shipping and packing fees will be greater than usual outside the South Florida area.
