The painting is reported to have been created specifically for the Wall Street broker who then purchased it, subsequently selling it to this gallery. Actual pages from issues of the Wall Street Journal are incorporated into this painting and are dated 1985. They are integrated into a striking and bold abstract geometric design with a color palette of grays, silver, charcoal and light blue on a very light gray ground. The design itself almost gives the viewer the feeling of Wall Street skyscrapers.Signed by the artist at the center right, this large painting is in excellent condition and is gallery wrapped to be hung as is, perfect for a stock broker's home or office.
