We were lucky to acquire it from a high end private estate in Germany near Munich! The clock case is made of the most finest walnut and has such a rich and warm patina!The carvings are magnificent with flowers and leaves everywhere.This real beautiful museumpiece of an absolutely rare two weights wall clock is in complete original and excellent condition.The chime is on a gong and strikes every half and full hour and the sound is gorgeous!!..When this clock becomes a part of your exclusive home, nobody can take his eyes from it !The dimensions are: Height: 49 Inches,Width: 18 Inches and Depth: 5,5 Inches.The dial,weights and pendulum are all beautiful brass gilt! The porcelain dial has a diameter of 8 Inches and that is very rare and unusual !!The bronze clock work is stamped with the number: 13190 and is probably made by Gustav Becker-Freiburg, the very famous German clockmaker.This incredible clock is a wonderful rare find!This fabulous wall clock dates from the last quarter of the 19th C.
