OMEGA SEAMASTER 120mm DATE QUARTZ DEPLOYMENT BRACELET Caliber 1337 C: 1981. The gentleman's steel "maxi" version on the claibre 1337 with date (ref. ST on the base). 37mm diameter bezel without the crown guard, 8mm thick, and tapers to 17mm in width at the clasp. This ultr-flat deluxe diver's watch was successfully and brilliantly tested by the Frenchman Jacques Mayol (1927 - 2001) during his famous free dive (a dive with no breathing apparatus) to a depth of 101 metres, on the 4th of November 1981 off the coast of Elba Island, Italy.
This unique design features an original attached stainless bracelet which adjusts to any mens wrist size. The deployment clasp has an 28mm adjustment field to fit any wrist size to confort. The dial is original and in excellent condition. All surfaces are original brush finished. This watch is solid state and very dependably accurate. Especially collectible. THIS IS A FINE COLLECTIBLE. DON'T INVEST IN THE STOCK MARKET. BUY SOMETHING PROVEN IN TIME.

MOVEMENT: Quick set hour and date. Please view image close-up of the screwed crown, allowing the change of the hour and date. At 2 o'clock: the pusher for the correction of the minutes and seconds. Solid state quartz Caliber 1337. Original movement.
The Quartz Seamaster 120m screwed crown: a. In its neutral position, screwed by a half a revolution forwards with pressure against the case; the over-compressed gasket insuring a reinforced water-resistance guaranteed to 120 metres. b. In its intermediate position, unscrewed by half a revolution backwards, read to be pulled into the time-setting position; a looser gasket insures water-resistance to 6 atmosp s minimum. c. In its time-setting position, the crown totally free.
CASE & BRACELET: Screwed crown of reduced dimensions protected by steel shoulders, notched unidirectional rotating bezel with a reinforced mineral crystal ring featuring tritium hour markers, foldover clasp equipped with a slide-bar to lengthen the bracelet by 2.5cm in order to fit the watch over a diving suit. Pressed-on case back featuring a matt grained Seahorse medallion, integrated bracelet. Adjustable dive bezel and one and five minute indication. Original deployment clase allows up to a 28mm adjustment variation to accomodate any wrist size and locks. Unique Omega design for this model only. Ref.. ST on the base.
