Description: THE OMEGA CONSTEALLATION GRAN LUXE 18k ROSE GOLD ARROWHEAD PIE-PAN DIAL HOODED LUGS BUMPER AUTOMATIC Caliber 354 Circa: 1954. Rare. Price reduced from $5500.00. Featured is the mint original rose gold Arrowhead Pie-Pan Gran Luxe Dial. Most desirable of all models and was the first of the Constellation Series in 1954. The Caliber 354 was used on the Grand Luxe Constellation Spring of 1956 with serial numbers 14,200,00. The Caliber 354 was replaced by the caliber 501 14,900,000. 504 (1959), and 505 (1964). The Caliber 354 was used in this model when this style was first introduced (14,2 million serial numbers) in the spring of 1956 and latter production (14.5 - 14.9 million) replaced by the 500 series calibers. Note: Anton Kruezer OMEGA DESIGNS pg. 68; and OMEGAMANIA pg 140. Note: OMEGA WATCHES by John Goldberger pg. 190, 193 (Constellation Gran Le Luxe) Caliber 354. The caliber 354 was used in the very first runs and replaced in a matter on months by the caliber 501 because they ran out of 354 caliber movements. This 18k rose variation is expecially collectible and rare. Clean, running and, again, all original and complete. Clean, running and accurate. THIS IS A FINE COLLECTIBLE.
