Description: OMEGA CONSTELLATION 2-TONE BOMBAY GOLDEN EGG SHELL Caliber 501 Circa: 1955. Rare original Arrowhead pie-pan dial. 35mm in diameter without the crown by 42mm in height, by 11mm. This case design i the most desirable style of all the constellation designs. This style features golden egg shell bombay lug design with a stainless back and an 18k solid gold Observatory inlayed on back center. I must say that this case design was unequalled in pleasing style. This all original early Omega high grade comes with a deep burgundy colored crocidile pattern leather strap with the original Omega Logo buckle and crown. Just serviced, clean, running and accurate. THIS IS A FINE COLLECTIBLE. DON'T INVEST IN THE STOCK MARKET. BUY SOMETHING PROVEN IN TIME.

DIAL: All original silver sating with Arrowhead applied solid gold figures and original hands. Marked: "OMEGA/ Automatic/ Chronometre/ Certified", "Constellation" under the center post. Some blemish and moisture spots, which do not justify refinishing. Very scarce original dial.

MOVEMENT: 3/4 Plate rose, pendent set, Claiber "501', "OMEGA Watch Co.", "Adjusted 5 Positions & Temperature", "Ninteen (19) Jewels", #14,827,635. Bright color, free of distraction, original to the case.

CASE: Snap back all original stainless back with solid 18k gold inlayed Observatory on back center; Golden egg shell covered bombay style lugs and bezel. Very nice original case. Inside back fully marked; (See image provided). Excellent condition.
