Description: OMEGA ART DECO RETANGULAR so called BANANA WHITE ENAMELED DIAL 26mm by 44mm Circa: 1928. Rare early Art Deco retangular. One of the most stylish watches Omega ever produced. Fine and rare original sterling silver .935 Fine long curved case by the Omega Factory, Geneva. This case design pre-dated all the 1930s curvex case designs of the 1930s. This shape was the so called "Banana". This case has the original beveled cut glass and was custom fitted. The dial is the original white enameled surface with Art Deco fancy Arabic figures conforming to the style of the 1920s. This watch is extremely collectible and is high value because of the original case. THIS IS A FINE COLLECTIBLE. DON'T INVEST IN THE STOCK MARKET. BUY SOMETHING PROVEN IN TIME.

DIAL: White enameled with the "OMEGA" signature under the Logo Horseshoe symbol. Exceptionally bold apparence creates a unique Art Deco Style.

MOVEMENT: 3/4 Plate nickel, 15 Jewels, "OMEGA", #7,151,857. Excellent condition, original to the dial and case.

CASE & STRAP: Swing out hand engraved and created, marked: ".935", and "Swiss Made Fabraication Suisse Omega/ 2058". Created in 1929 especially for this movement and dial and was refered to as the "BANANA". This early Omega comes with the Logo Omega Silver buckle.
