Description: Authentic and beautifully engraved Certificate from the Official Films, Inc issued in 1961 - 1973. This historic document was printed by the Security Banknote Company and has an ornate border around it with a vignette of an allegorical woman holding a lion. This item has the printed signatures of the company's officers and is over 30 years old. In 1969 the company changed its name from Official Films to Official Industries.
