Description: For sale is a collectible vintage occupied Japan dragonware cup and saucer. c.1948-1953. Lovely cup & saucer marked in black on bottom: 'Made in Occupied Japan'. I had three of these cups & saucers for sale; three different colors, same design; referred to as Satsuma and Dragonware style with lustre interiors; only this one left. The cup itself is 3.75 wide x 2 inches tall; the saucer is 5.5 wide. Features raised dragons; nice grey color with lustre interior. Extremely collectible items since Japan was only occupied for a short period of time after WW2! ts7/10-450
