Description: This is a wonderful celluloid doll. The celluloid is in excellent shape. The party hat is still on the doll and looks very good. It is obvious that a number of feathers are missing. The doll is marked on the back of the neck "Made in Occupied Japan." The doll has a Betty Boop image. This is an item you do not find often.
