Item Description:
This is a gorgeous neoclassical Italian style buffet sideboard server. It features a very beautiful removable variegated marble top with a real nice surface with beveled edge, and it is originally cut to fit the shape of the chest. This buffet has one drawer which is well constructed with dovetail joinery and its facing has beautiful crossbanding and exquisite floral designs with embellished ormolu decorations of leafs as its handles. Below it is a large cabinet with two shelves, one removable, and its door is stunning as it features gorgeous marquetry with floral and foliage designs.
On the sides this sideboard has two cabinets and each has two shelves, one removable. These cabinets have curved glass doors that are ideal for curio display and they also have inlay and crossbanding with beautiful ormolu leaf handles. The bottom of this server is also beautifully adorned with an ormolu design all around its edge with foliage ormolu accents on its four corners and another on its center.
