Description: For sale is a vintage Nelson McCoy Pottery Deer Fernery planter. c:1940's. Exceptional matte aqua planter/vase that is shown on pg. 57 of Vol. 2 of the McCoy series books by B. Hanson. This planter is not marked, and the book states that most were not; the few that are marked with the NM mark are rare and worth more money. (I have a matte white one for sale that is marked, but not in as good of condition as this vase). This vase has some irregular crazing on interior, but no chips or cracks. It features a raised deer and leaves motif, and is 9.5 long x 3.5 tall. Collector quality and guaranteed vintage McCoy pottery!
