Once women created all kinds of beautiful needlework from embroidering both bed and table linens, samplers to artistic art work like this framed picture of an oriental bird. I have collected so many beautiful linen from all over the world knowing that this exquisite art work, once common would never be done again, I hope to get them up for sale soon.
Here is a vintage piece of vintage needle work on linen framed and ready to be hung purchased from an estate sale; this framed Needlework measures 18 7/8 inches high and 11 3/8 inches wide overall. The art work itself measures 14 ¾ inches high and 7 inches wide. Please review the pictures carefully as there is a spot on the top left corner that could easily be cleaned if reframed.
Needle work is a thing of the past so collectible, I purchase all I can find, and we are putting this piece of framed vintage crewel work ON SALE for a short time for $40.00!
