Description: Needlepoint of Girl in a Dress - This fine piece of folk art was executed by an elderly lady from Westport Island, Maine some 30 to 40 years ago. I believe that the subject matter was taken from an 19th century painting by Pryor. The sight size of this scene is 18 1/ 2” by 13 3/4” and the work is mounted in an attractive gold frame.
