Description: This is an antique mahogany or treen needlecase or needle holder made 1920-1930s in England. The needle case measures 5 inches long by .75 inch in diameter with a friction fit lid. There are 5 various old needles in it that were in it when I got it in England which I have left inside. The needlecase is in very good ++ condition. There is one wood chip where the lid comes off. On the body is a natural imperfection in the wood which has lovely patina testifying to it's being an original feature of the wood. A nice piece of treen and sewing memorabilia as well as useful.
