Description: Here's an old country cast iron and wood store paper holder. It has "National" and "9" on its cutting side. There is a nice design to the cast iron on the side. I believe the base may have been added at one time so that it could "free-stand" as normally it would be fastened to the store counter. It's in "as found" condition...just needs to be cleaned. If you have a country store display or just like old country store items, this paper holder is a nice size for one's home!
