Description: Most unusual fancy Victorian gutta percha frame with beveled glass mirror. The back is wood but the fancy front is all gutta percha. This technique was often used to make small frames for tin types and daguerreotypes but we have never seen such a large one. There is a flaw in the silvering of the mirror.
