Description: These Bubble Banks were popular in the 1940's. This one represents World War II with the center lithographed cutout featuring a red,white & blue "V" with soldiers from the three branches of the military saluting in front of a train. The backside is the "money meter" measuring the amount of coins put in. The slot for the coins is in the top with the wood screwed on base being engraved in red on the front...Save for When He Returns", underneath label is intact, but not complete, overall very good condition
