Description: An unusual 47 page booklet published by the Department of Agriculture, issued by the Office for Food and Feed Conservation. Published 1948 to provide over 150 money saving meals to help conserve grain badly needed overseas. The inside cover has a message to Americans written by the Secretary of Agriculture and the front of the booklet has an ink stamp "From Frank J. Wilson, Member of Congress, 5th District, Texas". It is yellowed, corners folded and the first few pages front and back are torn.
