Description: This is an incredible circa 1930s Chinese elephant ivory woman with a child at her side carved from one solid chunk of tusk. The figure is free from damage or restorations. It is a large figure standing 9 3/4 inches for the ivory alone and 10 3/8 inches with the attached wooden stand.
