These designs can be used 2 or 3 times to transfer images to linens, clothing or even wood. This pattern is number #3752 - Charming Designs for Linens. I have seen these iron on transfers in very early packets from Aunt Martha's but these are later with the same designs. They are vintage looking flowers for embroidery or painting on pillowcases and dresser scarves.
