Description: This is a Mini Tobi Mug by Lancaster & Sandland hand painted in England. Lancaster & Sandland was located in Hanley, Staffordshire, England from 1900 to about 1964. I think that this mini toby mug is pre-1940. It measures 2 1/2" tall and 2" wide and 3" long. There are no chips, cracks, dings or other damage. Happy Collecting!!!!!!.
