Description: A mid 19th century German brass and mother of pearl inlaid rosewood games/worktable. The shaped and beaded top has an inlaid ivory and ebony chess/checker board, enclosing compartments with ivory covers, fitted with a sliding basket, on fan scrolled supports and turned and carved pedestal, with four ornately carved scrolled legs.
